SHIPPING AND DELIVERY INFORMATION
Original artworks are processed and shipped from ZΓΌrich, Switzerland and shipped with DHL Worldwide Express.
Shipping
Please double-check and ensure that your delivery address is correct before submitting your order. If you discover that the address entered is incorrect, please contact us as soon as possible to ensure that your order arrives at the correct address. Once the order has been dispatched, the address cannot be changed and nor can a refund be issued for orders sent to the incorrect address.
Processing and delivery times
Processing times
Processing refers to the time it takes to prepare and package the item for shipping. Customers will be notified when their order has been dispatched. Processing times for original paintings:
3 to 7 business days for local and international orders
7 business days for sale orders.
Delivery times
For original artworks
Delivery time refers to the estimated time it'll take for your order to arrive after it has been dispatched. Delivery times are as follows:
2 to 7 business days for Europe
Up to four weeks for international.
Express shipping is available for international orders of original paintings, should you want your order to arrive sooner.
For merch and prints
All merch and prints are made-to-order and therefore shipping on these items may take longer. Processing times for merch and prints are as follows:
5 to 10 business days for local orders
7 to 30 business days for international orders
Damages, returns and incorrect products
For original artworks
All sales of original artworks are final. Refunds and exchanges will not be offered for undamaged originals at this time.
All artwork is securely protected and packaged for transit, however, we cannot mitigate any potential damage once the artwork is dispatched to delivery partners.
For merch and prints
If you receive a damaged product or the wrong order, please contact us within a week of receipt with your order number and photo and/or video of the damage and a replacement will be sent to you. We apologise in advance for any order damages and we will work to resolve the issue promptly.
Any claims for misprinted/damaged/defective items must be submitted within 30 days after the product has been received. For packages lost in transit, all claims must be submitted no later than 30 days after the estimated delivery date. Claims deemed an error on our part are covered at our expense.

Important information for UK and EU customers
If you're located in and/or delivering to UK and EU locations, as per the Brexit and UK VAT changes that came into effect on 1 January 2021, you will be liable to pay Delivered At Place (DAP) VAT fees. We only take responsibility for shipping your order and you will be required by your local government to pay any import costs, such as VAT, duties, and clearing fees.
Please bear this in mind as this may incur additional costs and may cause delays or returned shipments.
